This causes traffic jams in many areas in Bandung. The solution to traffic jams in Bandung involves many elements and variables of urban planning. One of them is by improving the quality of public transportation and the expected results are forming a unified land use transport system through the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept. One of the public transportation in question is Light Rail Transit (LRT). The Bandung LRT has been planned since 2019, but until now the plan has not been implemented. Young adults are a demographic that has a lot of daily personal mobility, both in order to go to either school and to work. LRT has many benefits for this demographic, such as shortening travel time, guaranteeing safety and comfort, cheaper fares, and creating social cohesion. The aim of this research is to show the benefits of TOD and LRT through the visualization of said topic as a 2D animated series, which acts as a media that builds the determination of Bandung residents to support the development and use of these transit modes in the future. Research methods include theoretical studies, interviews with LRT-TOD expert and animation-storytelling expert, as well as conducting a survey to the target audience. This film emphasizes 3 aspects: relatable characters, interesting worldbuilding, and an easyto digest narrative. The plot shows the urgency and the positive impact of LRT and TOD. It would also have a hopeful romantic tone. text
