Summary:CV Karya Wahana Sentosa (KWAS) is a manufacturing company specializing in furniture production. CV KWAS is an industry that produces interior kitchen equipment for hotels, public places, restaurants, hospitals, universities, and exports furniture. Currently, CV KWAS is evaluating the management and supply chain management, particularly in the area of logistics administration and daily operational activities. CV KWAS realizes that the current logistics administration and operational activities are not yet optimal due to manual document recapitulation methods and an unintegrated system used in business processes. The issues at CV KWAS can be addressed by adopting an ERP system within the company. Therefore, this research aims to design an open-source ERP information system to support supply chain management at CV KWAS. Odoo ERP system is selected because CV KWAS needs an information system that can address the problems while keeping the implementation costs low. The ERP development methodology used is the FAST methodology with the COTS (Commercial off the Shelf) system development path, referencing ISO 12207 standards, which cover the main processes in the software life cycle. The ERP system design is based on the company's supply chain business processes through several stages, including mapping existing business processes, identifying issues, defining system improvement objectives, selecting an ERP system, mapping process requirements, designing the ERP system, configuring the ERP system prototype, and concluding with ERP system testing. The ERP system designed utilizes various modules in the Odoo application, such as discuss, calendar, contacts, dashboards, invoicing, surveys, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, maintenance, and employees. The ERP system has been validated through testing the Odoo application in managing data and producing the expected outputs by the problem owner and stakeholders. The results of the ERP system design using the Odoo application indicate that this system can assist CV KWAS in supporting supply chain management, particularly logistics administration and operational activities, to become more optimal.
