Description
Summary:The mining industry has an important role in the relationship between economic development, environmental management and social responsibility, thus requiring a strict regulatory framework in various national contexts. This research explores the dynamic interaction between the regulatory environment and organizational strategy in the mining industry sector in Indonesia, one of the top 10 coal-producing countries in the world. The author succeeded in formulating a discriminant analysis model to identify key variables that influence organizational dynamics. Managing employee feedback and effective internal communications is critical to organizational success, improving operational effectiveness and competitive advantage is key to decision-making and innovation in organizational uncertainty. Future research should continue to explore emerging organizational trends, refine predictive models, and expand the scope of analysis to encompass broader geographic contexts and industry sectors. Ultimately, by embracing complexity and uncertainty, organizations can navigate organizational strategy more effectively, drive sustainable growth, and contribute positively to social and environmental goals
