Description
Summary:As international aid declines and competition among NGOs in Indonesia increases, it is crucial for Yayasan Insan Pelita Tangguh to boost local donor participation for sustainability and growth. Securing local funding is vital for operational continuity, reducing dependence on foreign aid, and ensuring long-term impact. This research focuses on developing strategies to attract local donors, particularly from institutions and corporations in Indonesia, by understanding internal and external organizational factors influencing donor behavior. The research utilizes qualitative methods, which conduct interview with the corporates as the donor. The investigative process involves a comprehensive external analysis that employs the PESTLE and Porter's Five Forces frameworks to evaluate the competitive environment and market dynamics. The internal analysis involves company resources and value chain activities to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Yayasan Insan Pelita Tangguh. These analyses are integrated into a SWOT analysis, which forms the foundation for strategic development through the TOWS Matrix. The resulting strategies highlight the necessity for Yayasan Insan Pelita Tangguh to improve its management of research and development, strengthen relationships with stakeholders, enhance its digital engagement, and talent management and development. These improvements are essential for Yayasan Insan Pelita Tangguh to remain competitive and increase its appeal to more local donors, thus reducing its dependency on unpredictable foreign aid and laying a robust foundation for future growth and sustainability.
