In past, organization seemly viewed as a machine, recently the point of view started to change, organization viewed as community. The point of view organization as community, discern human as communitys constituent who will grow and rise together with the community. This point of view about organization has highly effect organization constituents behavior. This changes organization point of view also effects the performance management, interaction processes in organization, and leadership processes in organization. <br /> <br /> <br /> That changes bring humanity leadership researches very relevance at this moment. This research is to identify the effects given by leaders goodness and leaders behavior toward meaningful performance by leaders credibility and constituents commitment. <br /> <br /> <br /> This research begins with carrying out a study on theoretical conception and previous researches to develop variable construct and pre-research model. Data collecting using questionnaires, then validate by factor analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by regression analysis. <br /> <br /> <br /> This research finds that meaningful performance affected positively by subordinates commitment and this positive effect will be strengthened by shared-vision. Leaders credibility gives no direct effect to meaningful performance; leaders credibility will positively gives effect if moderated by shared-vision. Another result given by this researches that leaders goodness, leaders interpersonal behaviour, and leaders task oriented behaviour positively affects leaders credibility. Constituents commitment positively affect by leaders integrity and interpersonal behavior, and task-oriented behavior, if moderated by constituents maturity. <br /> <br /> <br /> Contribution to practise management that shows by this research is constituent development and shared vision building has significant effect toward meaningful performance. Leaders not just have to be nice and competent, but they have to develop other people and build vision. <br /> <br /> text
