With the increasing level of competition in eniviromental management concultancy, also the influences form external and internal condition, need a necessary steps to face strategic problems especially in getting the contracts, allocation of effective and effecient resources, and integrated consultative services. <br />
<br />
<br />
Those problem are also faced by PT.X, a company with main business in enviroment management consultancy since 1985. The real problem that occur now is delay time in finishing consultancy paperwork. <br />
<br />
<br />
The problem discussion in this research included process identification, and reengineering of the business process as an allternative to problem solving. <br />
<br />
<br />
The engineering of business process supported by implementation aid full comitment with others, hopefully could manage the problem, to achieve the company goals. |
