Summary: | This research investigates the significant challenges and mismanagement issues within the operationalization of project management in a branding agency. The study employs various analytical tools, including root cause analysis and objective tree analysis, to identify and address fundamental problems affecting the agency’s project outcomes. Key findings indicate that the lack of standardized processes, insufficient experience among account executives, and ineffective management of talent designer are primary contributors to project delays and client dissatisfaction. The research proposes structured solutions, such as implementing comprehensive SOPs, enhancing training programs for project management and Account Executives, and developing a robust system for recruiting and managing designer talent. By addressing these core issues, the study aims to improve project efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall agency performance. Additionally, the research emphasizes the importance of aligning proposed solutions with the agency's financial conditions and long-term strategic goals. The integration of focus group discussions and SWOT analysis ensures that the solutions are practical and tailored to the agency's specific needs. Ultimately, the study provides a roadmap for the agency to enhance its project management capabilities and achieve sustainable growth. |
