In Indonesia, there are various fitness centers, commonly known as gyms, one of which is Revolt Space Bandung. By the end of November 2023, Revolt Space Bandung had more than 250 active members and over 1,000 total members. As a newly established and independent local gym, Revolt Space still operates in a conventional manner. This has led to several issues for employees in managing members. Problems identified include a system that is prone to inaccuracies, such as members attending even after their subscription has expired. The root causes identified in this study include the lack of technology use in the existing system, poor management of accurate member records, and the employees' difficulty in recalling member statuses and enforcing rules. To solve these problems, a gym management system was designed to improve data integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable data. The information system is designed to handle the core business processes of Revolt Space Bandung internally. The system was developed using a prototyping method, which included requirements analysis, data and process modeling, and creating a prototype that accommodates user needs based on heuristic usability principles. The study identified 72 functional system requirements for four types of users: managers, staff, class coaches, and personal trainers. The system design includes mapping the proposed business processes, modeling data with an entity relationship diagram, modeling processes with a data flow diagram, and creating a Figma prototype that meets all functional system requirements. The design is presented as a recommendation for the company. text
