This study limits the research object to only Kudus embroidery, the type of icik embroidery applied to kebaya. This study produced findings, namely, 1) Gusji’s value in the social sytem creates a religious society that is associated with a santri society, 2) Gusji’s values is the value of the piety of the holy society which is vertical (habluminallah) and horizontal (hablumminannas), 3) In an aesthetic perspective, Gus’s value has two definitions, namely ”Gus” which contains the meaning of beauty and ”Gus” which means goodness. Meanwhile, ”Ji” are values related to morals and ethics. The value of ”Gusji” creates social ethics, namely tepa selira or tolerant, 4). Islam is brought in peace, then Islam that is present in the Kudus community is Islam Rahmatan Li’Alamin. The religiosity of the Kudus community is based on humanist monotheism, so that the variety of embroidery ornaments is more likely to display a variety of ornamental flora, fauna, and geometry as an attitude of caution in the act of shirk, but this guideline is not absolute because in the ”Gusji”, the community believes that monotheism is the belief that the is no God other than Allah (La illaha Illalah), 5). The religious value of the holy community is realized through a variety of acculturative ornament. Motifs such as tendrils or tendrils style, lotus flower motifs, waterlily flower motif, hong bird motifs, peacock motifs and pineapple motif are motifs that symbolize or represent Hindhhu/Buddhist, Chinese, adan Islamic culture
