Easy access to healthcare facilities is a crucial factor in supporting this. According to WHO guidelines, the recommended ratio of pharmacists, which in this study represents the number of pharmacies, to the population is 1:2000. For Indonesia, the target is 1:1099. Currently, no municipality or district in Indonesia meets these criteria. In line with VIVA Apotek's expansion strategy, the company aims to establish new locations in areas with high online customer potential and no VIVA Apotek presence. Based on this strategy, South Jakarta was selected as the target area. Data from Tokopedia indicates that South Jakarta has the highest number of online customers in Indonesia. Given these factors and the absence of VIVA Apotek in South Jakarta, the company plans to establish a pharmacy in this area. This study employs the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify the optimal location for a new VIVA Pharmacy in South Jakarta. The AHP method is used to determine the relevant categories and subcategories influencing pharmacy location selection. A total of 7 categories and 17 subcategories are analyzed. After achieving the consistency ratio required by the AHP method, the study proceeds to select the best location among three pre-surveyed sites. The evaluation results indicate that Location B with a total score of 70.89 is the most suitable choice, followed by Location A with a score of 66.80 and Location C with a total score of 57.27. Consequently, it is concluded that VIVA Pharmacy will establish its new outlet in South Jakarta, specifically at Jl. Amil No.26D 2, Kalibata, Pancoran District. text |
