Summary: | This research aims to explore the spirit of gotong royong commitment, knowledge sharing, behavioral intention to adopt, and the collaborative economy on digital platforms. The focus is on digital platforms that facilitate interaction between stakeholders, with the hope that this interaction will strengthen the value of gotong royong and encourage knowledge sharing and commitment in creating product and service innovations.
To overcome research problems, we will apply an exploratory sequential mixed method in this study. This approach begins with a qualitative research stage and then explores the participants' points of view. A qualitative approach was carried out through interviews with 25 stakeholders who have expertise in related fields and further quantitative research involving 105 respondents for validation. At this stage, statistical analysis, including structural equation modeling (SEM), is used to test hypotheses and identify relationships between related variables.
According to the study's findings, the value of gotong royong has a positive effect on knowledge sharing, both directly and through the mediation role of commitment. Commitment itself also has a positive effect on behavioral intention to adopt. Adoption of behavioral intentions also benefits the collaborative economy, which confirms the validity of the related hypothesis. Knowledge sharing, on the other hand, does not have a positive impact on the collaborative economy. Similarly, gotong royong n also has a positive impact on the collaborative economy. Overall, these findings emphasize the importance of gotong royong, knowledge sharing, and commitment in supporting the collaborative economy. Although knowledge sharing has no direct, significant impact on the collaborative economy, this does not diminish its significance in a broader context. |
