This integration aims at improving easiness, speed, accuracy and reliability in processing and delivering information. <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of integration model of graphic object and database, developed herein is to improve estimation performance of production cost that is perform by precast concrete fabricator in Indonesia. Application of precast concrete production cost system started with designing 3 dimensional graphic object of building beam and column structure design, which will be integrated with precast production cost database. The integration would add values to graphic information, moving from lines to a more meaningfull object. The object contains information on geometric property and production cost. The existence of database in system makes user possible to extensively do all the estimation scenarios for all design conditions. text
