The Bureau of Partnership Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) is a part of ITB responsible for partnership concerns or collaborations between ITB and external parties that become partners. The Partnership and Strategic Management Division under the Bureau of Partnership is responsible for performing and coordinating partnership management activities. The problems faced by the Partnership and Strategic Management Division are uncentralized partnership data management and the inability to monitor the partnership management process. The root cause analysis shows that there is no structured system to monitor and record the partnership management process. This research intends to design an information system to solve the problem. The information system design in this research follows the system development life cycle (SDLC) method. The SDLC methodology consists of project planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support phases. This research is limited to the analysis and design phases of the SDLC methodology. The information system design is conducted in the form of a prototype using Figma. The information system design includes five menus, with "Prospects" and "Partnerships" being the main menu. The designed system stores partners, partnership prospects, partnerships, partnership extensions, partnership documents, partnership implementations, ITB PIC, and partnership reports data. The constructed information system has been analyzed and confirmed to address the problems faced by the Partnership and Strategic Management Division.
