X's experiencing condition where the structural organization's constant restructuring. This occurs due to the formation of the structure at PT. X happened organically. The issues that PT. X encounters on a regular basis and observes that the best answer has not yet been identified by looking at the company's state from the perspective of the project, which has a dynamic impact on the business's operations. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to carry out research to find an appropriate organizational structure at PT. X. This research aims to look at the advantages and disadvantages of organizational structure changes that occurred at PT. X, evaluate the organizational structure used, and formulate the organizational structure at PT. X. The analysis matrix criteria, namely APKL and the ultrasound analysis matrix factors, will be used to determine the issues or factors that arise in the problems experienced. Apart from that, the company's internal condition will be examined through a SWOT analysis which will produce the required solutions. Based on the APKL analysis, a validated problem emerged, namely "Frequent changes to the overall organizational structure". The results of the USG analysis found the cause of "Frequent changes to the overall organizational structure" namely "The structure has not been able to accommodate existing tasks and roles". The SWOT analysis shows quadrant four, namely how to increase the fulfillment of performance targets by establishing an organizational structure that can accommodate the duties and functions of PT.
