This study aims to map current operational activities, identify key processes, and develop a new business process map to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Primary data was obtained through interviews with company staff, while secondary data came from company policy documents. A SWOT analysis identified strengths such as a certified Design Thinking team and personalized curriculum, and weaknesses like the absence of standardized business processes and a disorganized work structure. Opportunities include increasing market awareness of Design Thinking capabilities, while threats encompass intense competition and regulatory changes. The TOWS matrix proposes short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies. This study focuses on short-term strategies, specifically the creation of a new business process map for the most critical and urgent activities. The new business process map was developed using Business Process Management and Notation (BPMN) principles and includes three levels: level 0 maps key functions such as marketing and sales, workshops and change management, digital resources, certification, and impact and beneficiaries; level 0-1 details subprocesses within these key functions, showing interactions and dependencies; and level 1-2 focuses on critical activities in change management and workshops, including program offerings, workshop implementation, trainer management, facilitator management, and publication. In conclusion, this study successfully mapped PT TCS's operational activities and identified key processes, resulting in a structured business process map. Recommendations include implementing comprehensive training and socialization programs, regular monitoring and evaluation, developing appropriate IT infrastructure, proactive risk management, and improving internal communication. text |
