The study also delineates the problem as PT. Indosat's challenge in maintaining and enhancing its performance due to competitive pressures and operational inefficiencies. The theoretical foundation leverages performance management theories and the concept of the KBPMS framework. The research focuses on customizing these frameworks to address PT. Indosat's specific challenges, with a strategic emphasis on aligning company vision, mission, and strategies with performance measures that reflect on all the perspectives. The study will customize KBPMS effectively to address the company’s needs by focusing on organizational output, internal processes, and resource capabilities. Through the detailed design and implementation plan, the study outlines how the system could integrate with current processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment. This comprehensive approach underscores the potential of a tailored performance management system to not only mitigate existing challenges but also propel the company toward sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the Indonesian telecommunications landscape. text
