PT. XYZ is a national and global pharmacy company. PT. XYZ as one of the biggest vaccine manufacture in South East Asia, produces vaccines and sera for human being and for diagnostic laboratories in Indonesia. PT. XYZ is a member of the 21 global vaccine manufactures, whose supplied vaccine demand in Indonesia and global market. A lot of manufacture grown-up along with the growth pharmaceutical business. They offer more actual product for social community. Recently, Pharmaceutical industry faces a lot of challenges. Developing new product is the answer for those challenges to survive in this competition.<p> Developing new product gives manufacturer profits and competitive advantages but there is also failed risk in developing new product. Risk factors come from internal and external. The major cause is lack of resources that could obstruct the R&D performance in developing new product.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> The best solution for anticipated the problem is organizational development method. Organizational development divided into collaborative method and training & development. For supporting success implementation, Research and Development should be done in corporate stage. This implementation needs human resources which has skill and knowledge.
