DETERMINING THE BEST SCENARIO TO ACHIEVE THE TARGET AMOUNT OF DRILLING IN THE AKASIA BAGUS STRUCTURE JATIBARANG FIELD USING THE ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS METHOD

As an effort to achieve the 2030 Oil and Gas production target where Oil production is 1 Million Barrels per Day (BOPD) and Gas production is 12 Billion Cubic Feet per Day (BSCFD) as set by the government, the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) appeals to...

INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/84402 As an effort to achieve the 2030 Oil and Gas production target where Oil production is 1 Million Barrels per Day (BOPD) and Gas production is 12 Billion Cubic Feet per Day (BSCFD) as set by the government, the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) appeals to all Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) who have working areas in Indonesia to support the target, including PT. PERTAMINA EP. One effort to achieve this target is by drilling. PT. PERTAMINA EP Region 7 as one of the KKKS also does the same thing, namely by looking for several candidate wells for drilling including in the Akasia Bagus Structure. However, in an effort to meet this target, there are several obstacles that cause delays in the implementation of Drilling including drilling in the Akasia Bagus structure, Jatibarang Field, Zone 7. In 2024, PT. PERTAMINA EP is targeted to drill 21 wells including in the Akasia Bagus Jatibarang Field Structure. In its implementation, there are licensing and land acquisition constraints that cause the potential for not achieving the target number of drilling in 2024. To achieve the drilling target that has been set, alternative steps are needed, both in terms of drilling methods and licensing processes. With this research, it is hoped that it can overcome the problem of not achieving the drilling target in the Jatibarang field. The author uses the fishbone diagram method to find several possible causes of not achieving the drilling target. From the results of Forum Group Discussion (FGD) involving experts in region 7 of PT. Pertamina EP, several alternative solutions were produced, including (1) New Wells in Different Clusters, (2) Twin Wells, (3) Sidetrack Wells. Super Decision software is used to perform calculations using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is used to select the best solution based on the following criteria: drilling time, drilling costs, project readiness, HSE, Production Results. The best solution based on the AHP analysis is the Sidetrack Well with a value of 64.3%. The results of the AHP analysis show that the addition of route 6" is the best choice with a value of 64.3%. To ensure that the results of the AHP analysis are realized, an Implementation Plan is prepared so that this solution can be implemented according to time, cost and there are no safety issues. Based on the results of the discussion and well data, this sidetrack work was implemented on the ABG-9 and ABG-16 wells where the well data has met the specifications and the production results are still not optimal. And with this plan, the realization of drilling in the Jatibarang Field can increase by 2 wells and can meet the drilling target that has been set. text
