As the business competition growing rapidly, the enterprise executives need an exact information as the basic reference in making strategic decision. Corporate Information Factory (CIF) is a paradigm that specificaly pointed to provide a vital strategic information to the organization. CIF need to be design as an enterprise information architecture context, so it would achieved a hollistic point of view to the enterprise needs. One of the most adopted approach by practitioner in enterprise information architecture is Zachman framework. In this research would be designed CIF for PT. TELKOM using Zachman framework approach. Zachman framework provides architectural construction in developing methodology and the whole strategy. This framework became guidance in delevoping enterprise's CIF blue print. This research focused on data warehouse design and proposition on data mining implementation for marketing and customer relation process. The research result would provide abstraction of data, function, network, people, time, and motivation of CIF design from planner, owner, designer, and builder perspectives. Zachman framework is expected to provide comprehensive and systematic mind frame, so that the process of designing CIF would be more effective.
