Amidst the transition towards a low-carbon future and sustainable development, the company is committed to adopting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, one of which is through development that embraces green building principles. This study aims to analyse the implementation of green building in the construction of warehouse and office in Satui, South Kalimantan. The research methodology focuses on the assessment of Greenship Material Resources & Cycle (MRC) certification, submission and qualification of green building implementation alternatives, cost and time calculations, and comparative analysis between existing designs and green building scenario designs. The results show that the implementation of green building can reduce construction costs and time and significantly improve the Greenship rating by combining the use of recycled materials, materials certified by the environmental management system (EMS), and prefabricated materials such as half slab, hollow core slab, and EPS panel wall. In conclusion, the implementation of green building in this project not only reduces environmental impact but also provides significant cost and time efficiency. text |
