Urban) is a plant widely recognized as a raw material in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, the utilization of gotu kola is not optimal due to the lack of knowledge in harnessing its resource potential. Land narrowing and exploitation also reduce productivity, necessitating efforts to increase production on limited land. This research aims to determine the effect of manure, NPK fertilizer, and Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) on biomass yield and the content of secondarym metabolite compounds, namely asiaticoside and madecassoside, in gotu kola plants. The method used in this research is a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with treatments A (Manure), B (manure and NPK fertilizer), C (manure and PGPR 10 mL L-1), and D (manure and PGPR 20 mL L-1). This study's results indicate that adding NPK fertilizer at 2 grams/plant has a positive effect on plant height, wet stem weight, wet leaf weight, and dry stem weight. The addition of PGPR with a concentration of 10 mL L-1 positively affects plant height and leaf count. In comparison, the addition of PGPR with a concentration of 20 mL L-1 shows a positive effect on plant height, leaf area, wet stem weight, wet leaf weight, dry stem weight, asiaticoside, and madecassoside compounds. Based on these parameters, it can be concluded that the best treatment is treatment D, which is the application of manure with the addition of PGPR at a concentration of 20 mL L-1 text
