This final project focuses on visual exploration and emotional expression through the medium of painting. The work is based on my fascination with a simple natural phenomenon, namely rainwater puddles on asphalt, which then became the main inspiration for the creation of the artwork. The background of this creation is rooted in personal emotional experience, particularly in relation to my father, which evokes mixed feelings of happiness and sadness. In the creative process, I use direct observation of natural phenomena, specifically rainwater. The visual concept applied focuses on how texture can reflect deep emotions and feelings. The creation process involves several stages, including studying the characteristics of water, selecting the appropriate medium, and executing the work on canvas. The resulting artwork demonstrates that through painting, I am able to depict the complexity of the emotions experienced, creating harmony between visual and emotional elements. In conclusion, this work not only serves as a visual representation of a natural phenomenon but also as a medium for profound personal expression, depicting the relationship and feelings towards my father and me.
