This study focuses on the PT EIU Project for the implementation of an online education system in Indonesia, specifically through the distribution of Tablet PCs to facilitate distance learning in 3T areas. This study aims to identify the root causes of delays and inefficiencies in the project timeline and to propose solutions for improving project management practices. The author used the PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) sixth edition method and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to find the root cause of the project delay. The Challenge of the Company is to procure the education Tablet PC product for DIKTIEDU such as under COVID-19 conditions with lack of implementation of Time, Cost, and Risk Management causes late time delivery to the end users. In this study, the author finds there is a difference between the planned project timeline and the actual. The proposed business solution involves incorporating a comprehensive suite of tools and techniques for data analysis to achieve more precise and reliable estimates of activity durations. By implementing Process Management, the company can enhance its ability to predict project timelines accurately. text |
