| Summary: | Content Management System is a software used to create, publish and manage website. Joomla CMS has ability to add functionality by means of component. E-library component is expected to be able to manage files and access the files easily. The analysis of joomla component is intended to understand joomla component development method and in order to get capability to implement that method for e-library component development. The analysis of e-library component is intended to understand functional requirements and to identify classes, data that will be used in e-library component development. The result of design process is implemented by means of PHP programming language and mysql database management system. Integration process between e-library component and joomla CMS has to be done in implementation. Testing of e-library component is intended to know whether e-library component functionalities are implemented in the e-library component software. E-library component development as joomla CMS extension can be done faster because library files, templates, database files, facilities of joomla can be used in the development and no need to understand the source code of joomla. <br />
