This research aims to develop a multi-criteria decision-making framework for selecting optimal locations for radiopharmaceutical facilities in the DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten areas using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research began with identifying alternative locations, specifically Cikarang, Cibitung, Cikampek, and Banjaran, and then identifying the main relevant criteria, which included proximity to customers, transportation accessibility, operational support, public acceptance, and legal acceptance. Data from interviews with experts and stakeholders were collected to determine the priority weight of each criterion and sub-criterion using pairwise comparisons in AHP. AHP analysis indicates that proximity to customers is the most important criterion. The sub-criterion "number of hospitals served" has the highest priority weight in the proximity to the customer criterion, whereas the "distance to the nearest toll gate" is the most important sub-criterion in the transport accessibility criteria. The best place to build radiopharmaceutical facilities is in Cikarang, Bekasi district. The location has advantages such as proximity to hospitals and health facilities, good transportation access, and compliance with regulations and permits, all of which contribute to the highest AHP score. According to sensitivity analysis, the results of the location selection are quite robust to changes in the weight of the criteria, This research makes an important contribution by developing a systematic multicriteria decision-making framework for radiopharmaceutical facility location selection. Furthermore, this research provides insight into key factors that must be considered. text
