In the Rencana Aksi Pengendalian Pencemaran dan Kerusakan (PPK) DAS Citarum 2019-2025, one of the strategies carried out is the handling of domestic wastewater through the construction of SPALD-T on a residential scale. Sindangpakuon Village, Cimanggung District is included in the DAS Citarum and is one of the recipients of the program. At the beginning of the establishment of the KPP for the management of SPALD-T in three locations of Sindangpakuon Village, the management organization was as complete as the division of duties and responsibilities of each. However, over time there have been changes in the management structure, the division of duties and responsibilities, and the activeness of the KPP. To assess the effect of the completeness and activeness of KPP on its sustainability, a sustainability analysis was carried out in this study. The focus of this research is on the sustainability of the SPALD-T program on a settlement scale and its strategy. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with the target respondents being beneficiaries and program managers. This study analyzes the technical, institutional, financial, social-participation, and environmental aspects that affect the program. RAPFISH and SWOT analysis methods are used to diagnose sustainability and develop a sustainability strategy for the program in the future. The results of the study show that the technical aspects of SPALD-T RW 06 and 07 are considered quite sustainable and RW 10 is less sustainable, in the institutional aspects of SPALD-T RW 06, 07, and 10 are considered quite sustainable, in the financial aspects of SPALD-T RW 06 are considered quite sustainable and RW 07 and 10 are less sustainable, in the social-community participation aspect of SPALD-T RW 06, 07, and 10 are considered quite sustainable, and in the environmental aspect, SPALD-T RW 06 and 07 are considered quite sustainable and RW 10 is sustainable. Then for strategies that can be applied throughout SPALD-T, namely aggressive strategies through the use of strength to take advantage of opportunities. This research is expected to be one of the inputs for related parties in assessing and preparing sustainability strategies for community-based domestic wastewater management programs. text |
