Changes in trading will affect business competition patern. This situation forces companies to win the competition or to strengthen their company competition ability. These changes also happen in information and telecomunication field. <br /> <br /> <br /> Telecomunication present and role in community is a must in present days and it needs arragement and quality improvement continously . Nowadays in global era PT. Telkom is forced to place the customers in very important place and customer's need and satisfaction must be met. <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this research was to know the potency of Kandatel Bandung (Bandung Telecomunication Region Office) in implementing of quality management in the new line connection compare to ISO 9002 standardization. The reason of using ISO 9002 as standard because ISO 9002 has been internationally accepted which is met PT. Telkom target to be a world class operator in 2001. <br /> <br /> <br /> New line installation is an early service which is provided by PT. Telkom. The operational stability of new line connection will be affected not only by technical aspect but also by management and process aspects, and these aspects will complicate the the process to know quality management performance. Interaction between many aspects which affect are very important to identify many important factors. Analytical Hierarchy Process a methodology for decision making. It provides the user with a framework to formulate a problem and make value judgements. This framework is a hierarchy, used to organize all the relevant factors to solve a problem in a logical and systematic way, from the goal to the criteria to the subcriteria and so on down to the alternatives of choice. <br /> <br /> <br /> The priority to meet quality management performance of new line installation is organization and management criteria, and element position suitability using ISO 9002 standardization in Kandatel Bandung is internal Quality Audit.
