This thesis delves at the intricate relationship between employee development programs and employee creativity in Indonesian MNCs. Using in-depth interviews with ten experts from diverse MNCs throughout Indonesian industries, this study gathers data using a qualitative research approach. Employee development programs greatly boost employee creativity, according to the thematic analysis of the ten interviews, with the degree to which the relationship is impacted by company culture. Based on the results, it seems that development programs have a greater effect on employees' creativity when they work in an environment that supports them. On the other hand, a culture that is too rigid might hinder innovation and undermine the advantages of these initiatives. In order to maximize creative potential, it is vital to link development programs with supporting corporate culture. This research offers valuable insights for organizational leaders and HR practitioners who are striving to nurture a creative workforce. Conducting qualitative research adds fresh insights to the current body of information, paving the way for a holistic approach to managing employees that combines skill development with culture alignment text
