Summary:PT XYZ Futures is a private company that delivers futures and commodity trading. In anticipation of regulation change from government and the fierce competition, companies have to discover new opportunities especially from the market. It's become necessary for company to think and act like entrepreneurs in facing the challenge. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The objectives of this study are to identify intrapreneurship cultural dimensions which evolve in PT XYZ Futures and to investigate types of entrepreneurial leaders in the company. This study was conducted through a questionnaire survey using the Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and the Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ) developed by Thornberry (2006). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The result on EOS shows that in general PT XYZ Futures's culture is dominated by Focus dimension and Support to New Idea dimension, while Flexibility, Individual Orientation and Risk Taking dimensions receive low scores. The result on ELQ shows that there are gaps between importance and frequency for General Entrepreneurial Leadership (GEL), Explorer, Miner, Accelerator and Integrator. It also shows that there are big differences in the capabilities of leaders in PT XYZ Futures to act and lead like an entrepreneur. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> It is recommended for PT XYZ Futures to improve its entrepreneurial culture in these dimensions of flexibility, individual orientation and risk taking. The company also needs to develop entrepreneurial leadership characters especially in the Integrator type, who can create and support better environment, for growing creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial activities. <br />
