Summary: | The rapid development of technology has brought about significant changes in
various aspects of human life, including the healthcare sector. One of the
technological approaches advocated by UNDP is Digital Public Infrastructure
(DPI), which encompasses digital systems that facilitate user identification, digital
payment processes, and the exchange of data and information. This infrastructure
is crucial in addressing challenges related to geography, time, and costs that
currently hinder access to claims handling services. The research background
explains the need for digital infrastructure that supports an efficient claims
handling system at RSKB Halmahera Siaga Bandung, with the aim of enhancing
and achieving access to healthcare services and inclusion.
The objective of this final project is to design and develop a DPI that can be used
in the insurance claims handling system in the healthcare sector. The approach
utilizes The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development
Method (TOGAF ADM), which includes the stages of the Preliminary Phase,
Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, and Information Systems Architecture.
The expected outcome of this final project is the architecture design of a dashboard
based on optimal DPI standards, capable of addressing the operational challenges
faced by RSKB Halmahera Siaga Bandung. With this infrastructure, it is expected
to improve the accessibility of healthcare services and synergy in the sector,
supporting beneficial development. |
