However, each app only fulfills one or a few user needs. When users need to use different apps at the same time, they feel inconvenienced and frustrated, as this requires more navigation and time. This creates an inefficient situation. Therefore, this final project aims to create an interaction design in the form of a front end for a healthcare super app that brings together the main functions of other apps into one platform to improve efficiency. The interaction design was developed using the user-centered design approach. This approach focuses on the needs of users who want to improve the efficiency of the application. Usability goals that support this interaction design are efficient to use, effective to use, and easy to learn. While the user experience goals that support are satisfying. The metaphor used in the development of interaction design is the Halodoc application because the majority of healthcare app users in Indonesia use that application. The method used for testing is usability testing, aimed at identifying the issues experienced by users and measuring the level of improvement based on several tested metrics. The metrics used in the testing include completion rate (Mifsud, 2015), time on task (Mirabal, 2023), Single Ease Question (SEQ) (Sauro, 2012), and System Usability Scale (SUS) (Brooke, 1996). Based on the testing results, each metric showed improvement in the second iteration. text
