Summary:CaAl4Fe8O19 is not common solid solution of magnetic material due to addition of Calcium element that is known in biomaterials as drug delivery or cancer cell identify. This Compound prepared by conventional ceramic powder preparation with three oxides as raw material CaO, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 with molar ratio 1: 2: 4 then the mixed powder is milled and calcined. Variable in the experiment is temperature and the medium of calcinations in air and vacuum. Then the powder characterized using DTA, XRD, SEM, EDS, DTA and magnetization test using Permagraph Magnetometer. In general, it was found to have hexagonal magnetoplumbite with plate like hexagonal structure and lattice parameter a= 0.583nm and c= 2.214 nm and magnetic properties resembles paramagnetic at room temperature <br />
