The effectiveness of a low-crested breakwater structure can be analyzed by looking at the relation of the transmission coefficient with non-dimensional numbers, including the relation of the transmission coefficient (KT) to relative freeboard (Rc/Hi), relative width (B/L), and wave steepness ( Hi/gT2) . Experimental scenarios were carried out with various variations in freeboard (Rc), wave height (Hi), structure crest width (B) and wave period (T). text |
