Description
Summary:This research aims to develop a visitor satisfaction detection system using emotion detection based on video analytics at showcases in public buildings as an alternative solution for collecting customer feedback during showcase events. The methodology used in this research is CRISP- DM, utilizing transfer learning with the Xception model, which will be trained using the FER- 2013 dataset. This research will focus on system requirements analysis, design, and implementation of an innovative solution. The expected outcome of this research is a system capable of detecting the emotions of showcase visitors. The testing process will compare the emotions detected by the system with the actual emotions of the visitors through manual observation.
