The influence of meteorological parameters makes PM2.5 concentrations not always the same for each region in Greater Bandung. Therefore, it is necessary to know how the PM2.5 concentration pattern and its relationship to meteorological conditions for each region in Greater Bandung. This study examines the diurnal variation of PM2.5 concentrations in the Greater Bandung area and the influence of meteorological parameters on it. Diurnal variations refer to daily fluctuations in PM2.5 concentrations that are influenced by human activities and atmospheric conditions, such as wind speed and temperature. The results showed a pattern of changes in PM2.5 concentrations between weekdays and weekends in different regions. When PM2.5 concentrations are extreme, the results of this study show that there is an influence of wind speed and temperature on PM2.5 concentrations in Greater Bandung, when wind speed and temperature anomalies are positive, PM2.5 anomalies are negative. Conversely, if the wind speed and temperature anomalies are negative, the PM2.5 anomaly is positive. However, in extreme cases wind speed and temperature anomalies with PM2.5 anomalies can be directly proportional which is caused by many factors, one of which is rain. text |

Greater Bandung as an urban area with a topography that is located in a basin and
an area with a dense population and industrial areas, is the biggest factor in
increasing PM2.5 concentrations in Greater Bandung and if left unchecked will
have a very bad effect on the health of the surrounding community. The influence of
meteorological parameters makes PM2.5 concentrations not always the same for
each region in Greater Bandung. Therefore, it is necessary to know how the PM2.5
concentration pattern and its relationship to meteorological conditions for each
region in Greater Bandung.
This study examines the diurnal variation of PM2.5 concentrations in the Greater
Bandung area and the influence of meteorological parameters on it. Diurnal
variations refer to daily fluctuations in PM2.5 concentrations that are influenced
by human activities and atmospheric conditions, such as wind speed and
temperature. The results showed a pattern of changes in PM2.5 concentrations
between weekdays and weekends in different regions.
When PM2.5 concentrations are extreme, the results of this study show that there is
an influence of wind speed and temperature on PM2.5 concentrations in Greater
Bandung, when wind speed and temperature anomalies are positive, PM2.5
anomalies are negative. Conversely, if the wind speed and temperature anomalies
are negative, the PM2.5 anomaly is positive. However, in extreme cases wind speed
and temperature anomalies with PM2.5 anomalies can be directly proportional
which is caused by many factors, one of which is rain.
