This study aims to determine the vulnerability zoning of mangrove areas in Segara Anakan, to oil spill events that have a high probability of occurring due to their proximity to oil refineries and ports. Particle trajectory modeling using Delft3D software is carried out to determine how the oil distribution pattern, from the potential point of spill in Segara Anakan which is precisely located in Pertamina RU IV Cilacap Area 63. Four scenarios of particle discharge times representing tidal phases were used, namely at flood tide, high tide, ebb tide and low tide. In addition, variations in the input of river discharge values (Q1 = 3,67 – 220,47 m3 /s; Q2 = 2,74 – 164,53 m3 /s; Q3 = 1,38 – 82,79 m3 /s; Q4 = 2,04 – 122,44 m3 /s) and wind values (DJF season, MAM season, JJA season and SON season) were used for each scenario. The results of the verification of sea level elevation and discharge from the model against the observation data showed quite good results. Then based on the vulnerability analysis of the mangrove ecosystem which in this study is divided into six zones, it is known that mangrove zones 1, 2, and 5 have vulnerabilities classified as very vulnerable, mangrove zone 3 is vulnerable, mangrove zone 4 is moderately vulnerable, and mangrove zone 6 is less vulnerable. text
