PENGARUH HERBISIDA OXYFLUORFEN TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN BINTIL AKAR DAN FIKSASI NITROGEN ARACHIS HYPOGAEA

The effect of oxyfluorfen Herbicide and Rhizobium legin commercial to nodulation and nitrogen fixation on peanut varietas rusa had been studied by split plot design on February to May 1984. The oxyfluorfen herbicide by concentration 0 liter/Ha, 1 liter/Ha, and 2 liter/ Ha were the main plot, and the sub plot were 0.5 gram, 1.0 gram, and 1.5 gram of legin. The result showed that the number of the root noduls were not effected, neither by oxyfluorfen herbicide (Fc< F •< 5A) nor by legin. Oxyfluorfen herbicide effected the plant height and nitrogen fixation, but. legin only effected to the nitrogen fixation. So far, the root noduls analisis showed that only one of the three Rhizobium strains which were isolated from peanut legin and grew in the YMA medium, yielded noduls at the peanut varietas rusa\'s roots. The residue analisys by TLC method, when the plant was harvested, showed that was found oxyfluorfen herbicide in the soil. (Rf 0.66 by TLC).
