However, a lack of information and education on these topics often poses a challenge for lupus patients in implementing them effectively. This study aims to develop educational content on non-pharmacological therapy and self-medication that suits the needs of lupus patients and to assess respondents' satisfaction with the educational content prototype that has been developed. This study used a descriptive observational method with cross-sectional approach. Subjects were selected using a non-probability time-based sampling technique, conducted online from January to July 2024. The research was divided into four stages: first, prioritizing information on non-pharmacological therapy and self-medication materials through surveys; second, preparing materials via literature review and creating educational videos; third, constructing and testing the validity and reliability of satisfaction surveys; fourth, measuring the level of satisfaction and evaluating the educational content for improvement using a SERVQUAL-based satisfaction survey. In the information prioritization survey, 54 respondents participated and the prioritized information on non-pharmacological therapy educational materials focused on aspects of diet and nutritional intake, psychosocial interventions, exercise, sunscreen use, and self-medication for fever symptoms. The compiled material was developed into educational content in the form of videos. The results of the content satisfaction survey, conducted with 88 respondents, showed an average satisfaction score of 95.59% and a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 87.43%. Based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), suggested improvements include enhancing the writing of items, articulation, intonation, voice speed, and video duration. While respondents' satisfaction was categorized as very satisfied, further improvements are necessary in several aspects as highlighted by the IPA results. text
