Base on the situation, this study aims to identify and analyze the problems faced by Centra Batik Trusmi from three main aspects, namely location, perception, and user preferences, namely traders and visitors. This research is motivated by the importance of the role of Centra Batik Trusmi as one of the tourist attractions in the Trusmi Batik Area, Cirebon Regency, which experiences various challenges in its development and sustainability. The methodology used in this study is descriptive research using mixed methods and a deductive research approach. Data collection was carried out through field observations, in-depth interviews with traders, and surveys of visitors. The data obtained were then analyzed to identify the main problems and prepare recommendations for improvement. The results of the analysis show that there are design and non-design problems that occur and it is necessary to immediately improve the infrastructure and facilities in and around the Centra Batik Trusmi to improve accessibility and visitor comfort. In addition, a more effective promotional strategy is also needed to increase the attractiveness and competition of this batik center with other batik markets/shops in the Trusmi Batik Area. text |
