In using a service, there is a possibility that the person has to queue first before being able to use the service. A queue that is done offline has several shortcomings that can be observed. In this era of globalization, the queue can be digitized into an online queue. This research analyzes the advantages of online queues over offline queues, and looks at related systems and research to find which aspects can be further developed. The results of the analysis were used to obtain the functional and non-functional requirements of the queuing application, which were then implemented. The results of the implementation were tested with functional capability testing and usability testing. In functional capability testing, it was concluded that the queue application could carry out all the functional requirements that had been determined, then in usability testing, it was concluded that the queue application was “Very Feasible” to use. text |
