The growing public interest in sports has led to a surge in the booking of sports facilities, which has created several issues in the current reservation systems. A case study in the Coblong area of Bandung City highlights problems such as schedule management that still relies on paper, overlapping bookings, the absence of real-time schedule information, necessitating communication with multiple management parties to inquire about available times, and the shortage of players when organizing group sports. To address these issues, this research aims to develop a sports facility reservation system based on an Android application integrated with an IoT-based control system. The primary focus of this thesis is to develop the frontend service by creating an Android application that meets user needs. The application is developed using React Native, designed according to the required functions based on the product backlog. The feasibility of the application was tested through two methods: Black Box Testing and Usability Testing. Usability Testing employed two approaches, namely Single Ease Question (SEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicate that the SEQ scores for players and administrators are 6.25 and 6.2, respectively. Meanwhile, the SUS scores are 67.5 for players and 62.5 for administrators. The Black Box Testing results showed a 100% success rate for the 40 tasks tested. text
