Mangrove forests that have been damaged cannot regenerate on their own and one of method that can be used to assist in the regeneration of mangrove forests is by constructing breakwaters to protect the mangrove forests from waves that can damage young mangrove plants. One type of temporary breakwater that can be constructed is a breakwater made from bamboo poles. A bamboo pole breakwater, when combined with green mussel cultivation, offers added value because the cultivation yields can be sold to increase the income of communities around the mangrove forests. An economic value analysis, accompanied by project stakeholder management and project risk management, can be steps to ensure the sustainability of this method within the community. This research found that using bamboo pole breakwaters and cultivating green mussels have good economic value. The economic analysis revealed an IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of 9.22%. From the aspect of project risk management, the results indicate that this infrastructure is safe to undertake. All negative risks (threats) can be identified, and mitigation steps can be formulated. The analysis of project stakeholder management resulted in a stakeholder engagement plan that is expected to accommodate stakeholders effectively. text
