According to the Consumer Report Indonesia from Standard Insights, in 2023, 70.13% of Indonesians chose fashion products as the most frequently purchased items online. The growth of online media has made fashion trends more driven by current consumer demand, known as "on-demand." The application of on-demand and personalization in fashion has led to collaborations between consumers and designers. To facilitate designers in fashion design, a fashion design application can be developed. This application will provide a canvas for drawing and fashion templates preloaded within the application. One important factor in developing this application is interaction design analysis to ensure the design supports user interaction with the system (usability). The approach used in this design is User-Centered Design (UCD) based on the ISO 9241-210:2019 standard. UCD is an iterative process that emphasizes user needs at every phase. The stages include understanding and defining the context of use, identifying user requirements, designing solutions, and evaluating design solutions. The design and evaluation of the design solutions were conducted in two iterations. The interaction design solution produced a high-fidelity prototype on mobile devices that meets usability and user experience (UX) goals. The high-fidelity prototype was developed on the Android operating system using the Javascript programming language, with UI elements utilizing Google Fonts based on the Default Material Design 3 guidelines. The final evaluation was conducted through usability testing involving 20 designers and 20 customers. The designed solution successfully improved usability, with the designers' SUS score increasing by 25.3 compared to the previous solution. However, the customers' SUS score decreased during the second iteration testing due to factors such as internet connectivity and free hosting. Therefore, the interaction solution successfully improved usability in the fashion design application for designers but requires improvements in the fashion design application for customers. text
