The main objectives are to identify risk factors related to slope and mountain height that contribute to the death of climbers, analyse the influence and interaction between risk factors, model the risk of death using Monte Carlo simulation, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. The research methodology included secondary data collection from BASARNAS and Indonesia Earth Map, risk factor analysis, mathematical modelling of slope and mountain height factors, and model integration in Monte Carlo simulation. Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis, sensitivity analysis, hypothesis testing, risk probability analysis, and data visualisation. The results showed that wind speed and mountain height were the dominant risk factors, especially in adverse weather conditions. This research provides practical recommendations to improve the safety of mountain climbers in Indonesia. text
