Description
Summary:This research was conducted by modeling the implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in the garment industry in Indonesia using system dynamics. The GSCM applied in this study includes Green Purchasing, Green Manufacturing, Materials Management, Green Distribution, and Green Reverse Logistics, aligned with ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008. Data collection for creating the model in this research was carried out through a literature review and interviews with an expert in the garment industry. The reseach process involved problem identification, literature review, formulating dynamics hypothesis, developing the model, model testing, and concluding with recommendations. This study found that the Green Image Factor (GIF) variable is a key variable. When comparing Model 1, which does not include the GIF variable, with Model 2, which does include it, the results are significantly better in terms of sales, demand, customer satisfaction, and material efficiency
