Summary:Synthesis of La1-xSrxFeO3-δ (LSFO), with x = 0,2; 0,4; 0,5; 0,6; 0,8 and La1-x(Sr,Ca)xFeO3-δ (LSCFO), with x = 0,1; 0,3; and 0,5, have been carried out by solgel method. Crystal structure of LSFO and LSCFO were analyzed using X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and grain morphology, elements composition were studied by SEM/EDX. From XRD characterisation, LSFO, x = 0,2, had an orthorombic perovskite structure with space group Pbnm, x = 0,4; 0,5; 0,6; 0,8 had rhombohedral structures with space group R3c. Mean while, LSCFO with x = 0,1; 0,3 and 0,5 had orthorombic structures with space group Pbnm. The result of SEM/EDX indicated that particle size of LSFO and LSCFO decreased with increasing x. The electrical conductivity as a function of temperature was measured by four point probes method in the range of 51 des greeC-375 degrees C. The results showed that the highest conductivity of LSFO was that of x = 0,2 and LSCFO was that of x = 0,1.
