Because of this, one of Indonesia's natural resources that has great potential is geothermal energy or known as geothermal energy. To be able to utilize this potential, of course, a method is needed to be able to map the subsurface structure of areas that have geothermal potential. Methods that can be utilized in this exploration process are geophysical methods. One of the geophysical methods commonly used in determining subsurface structures is the magnetotelluric method. In this research, a 1-dimensional occam inversion process is carried out to determine the distribution of resistivity under the earth's surface by varying the matrix completion algorithm. The error value obtained in the field data is caused by several factors during the data collection process such as the use of electronic devices, electricity networks, and vehicles passing through the data collection location which can cause natural electromagnetic interference of the earth. In this research, the LU decomposition matrix completion algorithm was found to have a smaller error value and faster completion time compared to the conjugate gradient and biconjugate gradient methods. text
