They often experience discrimination and physical, mental, and intellectual barriers, making it difficult for them to access decent jobs. Approximately 82% of people with disabilities live below the poverty line, and 71.4% work in the informal sector due to limited access to formal employment and a lack of facilities that cater to their needs. Although their rights are protected by Law No. 8 of 2016, the reality shows that many of these rights are not fully realized. To address this issue, the "Inclusive Productivity Centre" is designed as a training and economic empowerment hub for people with disabilities. This center aims to provide skill training across various economic sectors while offering facilities that support independence and personal development. Mentoring is also provided to help persons with disabilities compete in the formal job market. The center is designed with an inclusive and universal architectural approach, ensuring equal accessibility for everyone. The principle of equality is the foundation of this center, where persons with disabilities and non-disabled individuals are not segregated but encouraged to collaborate in the same work environment. As a result, the center serves not only as a training facility but also as an inclusive social space that fosters interaction and breaks down social barriers. The "Inclusive School and Creative Gallery" is expected to be an effective solution in opening up more economic opportunities for people with disabilities, while also promoting a more inclusive and equitable society. This center also represents a crucial step toward creating barrier-free accessibility and contributing positively to overall economic development. text
