This tendency has important implications for their leadership practice, providing them with an opportunity to employ a variety of leadership attributes in managing their own company sector. The primary objective of this study is to comprehend the aspects that impact the implementation of leadership through a qualitative research methodology. This study investigates the factors that influence both effective and ineffective leadership in family business owners by conducting interviews with three respondents who are involved in their family enterprises and assessing primary and secondary data. The key study is that there is a significant correlation between successful leadership and several traits such as talents, motivation, cognitive capacity, integrity, and self-confidence. Each owner of a family firm has their own unique reasons for utilising these traits in their leadership practices. This data is also influenced by several factors such as the external environment, human behaviour, and the community. The expansion of family-owned businesses offers chances for economic progress in countries. text
