This Thesis evaluated MMS utilization specially in pavement maintenance process program and take study case at Jakarta-Cikampek toll road <br /> <br /> <br /> Toll road with closed traffic system like Jakarta-Cikampek may collected traffic data accurately in time series form, and so can predict growth factor in every segment of the road. Exponential growth factor model that usually used, make problems that may predicted growth factor positively very large or negative, with resulted volume/traffic load irrationally. While analyzed with land use interaction not yet done, this study is try to limiting traffic growth factor. <br /> <br /> <br /> Condition index at MMS is a combination value between structural and functional, where functional value rationalized with residual age to obtain from first to fifth condition index. MMS may produce alternative maintenance program and the impact of choosing each alternative program. This thesis studies three maintenance scenario program with limiting maintenance cost Rp 100 B for 5 years. In the First Scenario, maintenance give according to periodic needs, Second Scenario give betterment maintenance at first year, routine at second, third and fifth year and periodic maintenance at fourth year and at Third Scenario maintenance with fixed maintenance cost Rp 20 B, given every year. First scenario give the optimum result. text |
